Clean Comfort Home Improvements deserves the recognition

I hardly ever leave reviews and if I do a five star would be incredibly hard to achieve. But I firmly believe that Clean Comfort Home Improvements deserves the recognition. I will attempt to describe how everything played out:

a. Discovered roof damage / rotting on exterior roof caused from poor sloppy construction when the house was built that went unnoticed until the eavestrough started falling off;

b. I immediately researched and reached out via phone/email to approximately 7 other roofing business;

c. Clean Comfort reached out the very next day and had a scheduled inspection with Brooks that was scheduled a few days out;

d. Two other business took approximately a week to get back to me and both scheduled a follow up inspection, the other four I never heard from after follow up calls;

e. Brooks came, inspected the roof gave me a rundown of what the issue was and provided me with his ideas of how he would fix the problem with a follow up itemized quote for comparison;

f. One of the two other roofers came out and also inspected the roof and provided his ideas on how he would fix the damage which was suggested as just covering up and hiding the problem and did not provide a detailed quote and a estimate higher then what, Brooks and Clean Comfort provided. The other roofer no showed;

g. We hired Brooks and the job was put on the schedule; and

h. Brooks came and did an efficient and excellent job on restoring the damage done to the roof.

I will be going back to Clean Comfort Home Improvements no questions asked. You do not have to waste your time with other companies getting the run around, just contact Clean Comfort.
