A contractor designation does not mean that every roof automatically receives the manufacturer’s highest warranty. Eligibility depends on the products installed, the complete roofing system, registration requirements and the warranty selected for your project.
Your Clean Comfort estimate will identify the proposed roofing system and the warranty options available.
Owens Corning® Platinum Preferred Contractor
Clean Comfort Home Improvements is an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor. Platinum Preferred is the highest level in the Owens Corning contractor network. It gives qualifying homeowners access to enhanced Owens Corning warranty options that are not available through every roofing contractor.

GAF Master Elite® Roofing Contractor
Clean Comfort Home Improvements is a GAF Master Elite® Roofing Contractor.
This designation allows us to offer enhanced GAF warranty options on qualifying roofing systems, including GAF’s Golden Pledge®, Silver Pledge™ and System Plus Limited Warranties.
The exact warranty available depends on the roofing system, qualifying components and installation requirements included in your contract.

Ideal Roofing Top Professional Contractor
Clean Comfort Home Improvements has been recognized by Ideal Roofing through its contractor program and installs Ideal Roofing steel systems, including Wakefield Bridge® steel shingles.
The products, finish, installation method and complete roofing system determine the warranty available for an Ideal Roofing project.
EDCO Manufacturer-Certified Contractor
Clean Comfort Home Improvements installs EDCO steel roofing systems as an EDCO manufacturer-certified contractor.
EDCO warranty coverage varies by product and finish. We will identify the applicable material, finish, transfer and installation coverage in your written proposal.
