I cannot say enough about Clean Comfort Home Improvement. They literally transformed my house and took on this immense job that many other contractors would not take on.

Rydel Roofing and Siding, a company that started but would not finish this job, left me hanging for more than a year because I believe they only wanted the roofing job (which I found out later was way over priced) and wouldn't complete the siding job. Then an ad showed up in our mail box. Free quote from Clean Comfort Home Improvements. It was an answer to our prayers. From the moment I contacted them on line for a quote to the finished product every facet of this company was amazing. From Matthew the Sales rep, Nick the Operations manager, the siding crew to the soffit and fascia crew you could not find a better working family.
Matthew was very professional yet so down to earth you want to have him over for dinner. He responded to our every question and concern with tact and empathy always wanting to be sure we were "happy". From the colour and style of the siding to when the garbage bin would be picked up. He would answer every text, every phone call and every email promptly never hesitating to let us know if there was a problem. Yes, there were a couple of issues but the transparency of both Matthew and Nick was refreshing. (The total opposite of Mack and Jack of Rydel Roofing and Siding) All issues were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction.

Both crews that put their literal sweat (the first week of the job was 40° with humidity) and blood (one member put a screw in his finger) and tears (when they found out this job was more labour intensive then they first thought) into this job were exceptional. All members were both highly professional and respectful to us and our property. Even though a couple of crew members smoked there was not one cigarette butt left on our property. They also did a fantastic job with the clean up each member doing their part. The goal of Clean Comfort Hone Improvement is "to provide you with an exceptional customer experience". And that they have achieved. 👏
